Its top-zone IR heating delivers high thermal efficiency while saving energy, and PID intelligent control ensures temperature stability within ±5℃. The oven features a modular IR system for easy maintenance and long-term reliability. With independent cooling, adjustable conveyor speed, and a zero-gas design with motorized furnace cover, the system provides safe and stable operation. IR System

The IR system delivers top-zone heating with high thermal efficiency and precise temperature control. Imported IR heating pipes and reflective stainless steel flooring optimize heat distribution, reduce energy loss, and maintain uniform temperature across all zones. PID intelligent control automatically adjusts heating, compensating for external variations while keeping internal temperature balanced. Over-temperature protection and solid-state relays enhance operational safety and extend service life. The system ensures rapid warming, accurate curing, and minimal temperature deviation, supporting sensitive adhesives and coatings while preserving PCB integrity.

Transport System

The transport system uses imported motors and speed adjusters to provide smooth and adjustable movement from 100 to 3000mm/min. Hardened and load-bearing treated rails ensure stability and prevent deformation under varying product weights. The system accommodates boards of different sizes and heights up to 460mm and includes optional bottom heating for full-surface curing. Independent cooling zones maintain low PCB temperature on exit. Conveyor design and motorized furnace cover with safety support ensure reliable operation, smooth handling, and minimal downtime during high-throughput production.
